Haha, what if the workflow just takes forever to run, and the supervisors get a notification every time? They'd be swamped with alerts! 'Workflow still running, send help!'
I'm torn between B and C. If a workflow is taking too long to run, the supervisors should also be made aware to investigate any bottlenecks or optimization opportunities.
Option B seems like the most logical choice. If there's an error in the workflow, the supervisors should be notified to troubleshoot and address the issue.
