Option C is the way to go! It's like the IT version of 'the dog ate my homework' - 'Email is always disabled on all integration branches'.

This is a tricky one, but I think C is the right answer. Email is always disabled on all integration branches, so no email will be sent in this case.

I'm going with A. You have to enable the Magento Email module with bin/magento module: enable. Otherwise, the email won't work.

Hmm, I'm not sure about this one. Maybe it's D? You have to configure SendGrid for the environment, and if that's not done, the email won't go out.

I think it's B. The Outgoing Emails setting is disabled under Environment Settings in the Project Web UI. That would definitely prevent the email from sending.
