I think both A) and C) can be considered cross-selling, as they both involve suggesting additional products to the customer.

Ha, option C is like the car salesman who tries to convince you to buy the top-of-the-line model even though you can't afford it. Classic upsell move!

I disagree, I believe it is C) Suggesting a customer buy a better and more expensive laptop instead of a laptop they initially intended to buy.

Suggesting a more expensive laptop instead of what the customer initially wanted - that's not cross-selling, that's upselling!

I don't think option B is cross-selling. Allowing a customer to pick up an online purchase in a physical store is just a different fulfillment option.

I disagree. Cross-selling is about suggesting related products, not just offering different ways to receive the same product.
