I'm going with D and B. Gotta have that reorder option turned on, and the order needs to be complete. Anything less would be like trying to reorder a bag of air - good luck with that!

Hmm, I'd say D and B are the correct answers. The order needs to be complete and the reorder option needs to be on. Anything else would just be silly.

That makes sense, it wouldn't make sense to reorder if the order isn't complete or the option isn't enabled.
