I bet the guys who wrote this question were having a blast coming up with all these options. 'Let's make it SUPER confusing, that'll really test their Activiti knowledge!'

Hey, at least it's not option A. Activating the user account doesn't magically give them access to the App Designer. That would be too easy!

Hmm, I'm torn between B and C. I mean, the user account needs to be part of a tenant, right? But it also needs the specific capability to access the App Designer. Maybe it's a combination of both?

I believe activating the account is a prerequisite, so the answer should be A and B.

But wouldn't activating the user account also be necessary?

D sounds like the right answer to me. The user account needs to enable App Designer in their profile. Why would they need to be added to a capability group or a tenant? That seems like overkill.

I'm pretty sure the correct answer is B. The user account needs to be added to the capability group with the Access App Designer capability. That's the only way to give them access to the App Designer feature.

Great, so we all think option B is the way to go for giving access to App Designer.

That's what I would go with too. It seems like the most logical step to give access to App Designer.

Yes, I agree. Adding the user to the capability group with Access App Designer capability makes sense.
