I'm surprised nobody mentioned the option of the database instance not being stopped. That seems like a pretty obvious one to me. Rookie mistake, if you ask me.

I think the correct answer is B. Performing DDL operations during the backup can definitely cause it to fail. Gotta be careful with that stuff!
