Good point. IAM Identity Center is specifically designed for managing user access across multiple AWS accounts, so that's probably the way to go. Although, I do wonder if Cognito could still be used in some way...

Hmm, I'm leaning more towards IAM Identity Center (Option D). Cognito is more for user authentication, but this seems like more of an organizational-level requirement.

Yeah, I agree. Option A and Option B don't really seem relevant to the problem statement. It's gotta be either Cognito or IAM Identity Center.
