I initially thought B,E then I saw this: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/decouple-rds-from-beanstalk. It pretty much says to create a new Elastic Beanstalk environment that isn't connected to the database and connect it to the external instance of the database, which is restored from a snapshot. So I think it should be A, B
