Hmm, I don't know. Option D with the Auto Scaling group could work too. That way, you'd have a bit more redundancy and flexibility if one of the Availability Zones fails.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Plus, it's the most efficient option since we don't need to use a third Availability Zone or set up a complex Auto Scaling group.
