During which process phase is the Prioritised Requirements List baselined?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

The Prioritised Requirements List (PRL) is baselined during the Foundations phase. This phase is critical for establishing a clear understanding of the requirements and priorities before the development work begins. Baselining the PRL ensures that there is a formal agreement on the scope and priorities of the requirements, which serves as a foundation for subsequent development iterations.

Business Analysis.pdf, 'requirements validation is carried out to review and agree the requirements documentation...At this point the CIs that describe the requirements are said to be 'baselined''.

Wow, they really want to trip us up with this one, huh? Time to put on my thinking cap and make a wild guess. I'll go with C) Evolutionary Development, just for fun.

I'm going with B) Foundations. It just makes the most sense to me as the phase where the requirements are solidified and approved.

I'm not sure, but I'll go with B) Foundations too. It does make sense for the requirements to be finalised at that stage.

I think it could also be C) Evolutionary Development, as requirements may evolve during this phase.

I agree, B) Foundations seems like the right choice for baselining the requirements.

A) Feasibility? Nah, that's too early in the process. The requirements need to be fleshed out first before they can be baselined.

D) Deployment? Really? I don't think that's when the requirements get baselined. Seems more like the final phase to me.

Hmm, I'm not so sure. Could it be C) Evolutionary Development? I know that's where the requirements are continuously refined and updated.

Hmm, that makes sense too. It's important to have a solid foundation before evolving the requirements.
