Yes, too many tasks can definitely slow things down. And D could also cause performance issues.

I think C is also important. Increasing tasks per day can overload the system.

I think the number of objects in the Application increasing from about 100 to about 500 is the most indicative sign. It could be causing slow downs and issues.
