Ah, the joys of performance issues. I bet the developers are just sitting around sipping coffee, thinking 'Hmm, how can we make this application even slower?' Option A all the way, my friends!

Wait, so we're supposed to find the answer that indicates the application's performance is degrading? Guess I should have read the question more carefully. I'll go with option A, since 500 errors are never a good sign.

That could also be a sign of performance degradation, good point.

But if completion percentage is low, that's a clear sign of performance degradation.

Increased number of objects? That just sounds like the application is growing and evolving. I don't see how that's a clear sign of performance degradation. I'd go with option A as well.

Yeah, consistently getting HTTP status code 500 is definitely a red flag.

This one's a bit tricky. Increased tasks per user could be a sign of workload issues, but it doesn't necessarily mean the application's performance is degrading. I'm going to go with option A.

Hmm, I don't know. The question is asking about signs of performance degradation, and three of the top five process models having low completion percentages doesn't seem like a direct indicator of that.

Option A seems like the obvious choice here. If the external system is consistently returning 500 errors, that's a clear sign of performance degradation that needs to be addressed.

Definitely, those 500 errors are a red flag that something needs to be fixed.
