Plotting points incorrectly? Seriously? These operators must be monkeys or something. I bet they're the ones who keep forgetting to refill the ink in the plotter. Option C is the only sane choice here.

C'mon, it's obvious the control limits need to be recalculated. The new raw material has clearly changed the process, so the old limits don't apply anymore. Any process engineer worth their salt would know that.

Recalibrating the gage? That's just throwing good money after bad. The real issue here is the new raw material. The process manager needs to get the old stuff back and stop messing with a good thing.
