Hmm, I'd have to go with B as well. It's the only one that makes sense from a dependency perspective. Unless you're a database wizard who can magically create a SQL server out of thin air!

B) Avaya WebLM, Communication Manager, SQL database for sure. Anything else would be like putting the cart before the horse. Or the database before the license. Yikes!

D) SQL database, Communication Manager, Avaya WebLM? Really? That's just backwards. You can't have the communication platform without the license manager!

I'm going with C) Call Center Elite Multichannel, Avaya WebLM, SQL database. The call center app needs the license manager, and the database is last.

That sounds like a good choice. The call center app does need the license manager first.

B) Avaya WebLM, Communication Manager, SQL database seems like the most logical order to me. You need the license manager and core communication platform before the SQL database.

In that case, the best order might be Call Center Elite Multichannel, Avaya WebLM, SQL database.

That's a good point, ensuring the call center services are enabled before setting up the license manager could be beneficial.

But wouldn't it be better to configure the Call Center Elite Multichannel before the Avaya WebLM?

I agree, having the license manager and core communication platform set up before the SQL database makes sense.
