I agree with the majority here. Answer A seems to be the better choice, as it acknowledges the benefits of Truffle's in-memory blockchain while also recognizing the value of using Ganache or a private network for testing.
I personally prefer answer A as well. Having the in-memory blockchain in Truffle is great for unit-testing, but using Ganache or a private network can provide a more realistic environment for testing.
