I don't think option C is the best choice. Using a policy login start might not be the most efficient way to ensure the Blue Prism Runtime Resource starts automatically.

I agree, but I also believe option D could work well. Putting a batch file in the Start-up Program folder seems like a straightforward way to configure it to start automatically.

I think option B is a good choice because using a scheduled task ensures the Blue Prism Runtime Resource starts with the right parameters.
