Actually, Vivan, H.248 is a gateway control protocol, not a peer-to-peer signaling protocol.

Ah, I see what you mean. H.248 is also a client-server protocol, not a true peer-to-peer one. So I'd go with H.323 and SIP as the two correct answers.
