Ah, the old tunnel mode dilemma. I'm leaning towards option D, just a plain ol' IP tunnel. Sometimes the simplest solution is the best, you know? But I'm curious to hear what the others think.

Option C, using IPsec to secure the tunnel, could also work. That would provide some extra security, which might be important depending on the requirements. But I'm not an IPsec expert, so I'm open to other opinions.

I'm not convinced that A is the right answer. Multipoint GRE tunnels are useful for connecting multiple remote sites, but I'm not sure if that's the requirement here. Maybe we should consider the other options as well.
