Haha, you guys are really overthinking this. The answer is clearly C) no logging console. That will shut off console logging entirely, which is what the question is asking for.

Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. Wouldn't option B) logging console 2 be better? That would only show error and critical level messages, which seems more in line with the question.
