I agree with Alethea. Option C definitely doesn't sound like the right description of a model-driven telemetry dial-out approach. I'm going to go with option D as well.

I was a bit unsure at first, but I think option B is the right answer. The collector has to initiate the session and subscribe to the data stream from the device. That's how model-driven telemetry works, right?

Hmm, this is an interesting question. I think I might go with option D. The way I understand it, the device initiates the session with the collector and they negotiate the subscription. That seems to make the most sense to me.
