Ah, the age-old question of REST API characteristics. C and D, my friends, are the dynamic duo. Anything else is just a sad attempt at impersonation.

C and D, no doubt. Anything else would be like trying to serve a Big Mac on a frisbee. Just doesn't work, you know?

I'm going with C and D. REST APIs without those would be like a sandwich without bread - just plain weird.

I believe REST API calls are unencrypted and parameters are passed in the headers.

Hmm, I think A is a bit outdated. Nowadays, most REST APIs use encryption to keep things secure. But C and D are spot on!

I'd go with B and C. Cacheable APIs are a whole different beast, and statefulness is a no-no in the world of RESTful design. Easy peasy!

Definitely C and D. REST APIs are all about statelessness and using HTTP as the underlying protocol. Anything else is just plain wrong!
