I agree with Florinda. Selecting 'Microsoft Outlook' in Jabber settings and enabling user for Cisco UCM IM and Presence should do the trick.

I think A and D are the right choices here. You need to make sure the users log in to Jabber and select the right calendar integration, and you need to enable them for Cisco UCM IM and Presence.
