I'm going with C. The NAT's address translation is the key issue here, not some made-up problem with time zones.

Haha, I bet the exam writers were trying to trick us with that 'time zones' option in B. Nice try, but I'm not falling for that one!

D can't be right, because the encryption keys should work regardless of whether the client is behind a NAT or not.

C seems to be the most logical choice. The NAT would replace the internal IP address with an external one, making it unrouteable.

I believe the IP address specified in the connection data field being unrouteable is also a major issue with NAT in SDP.

I agree with Aretha, additional headers due to NAT encapsulation can definitely cause that issue.

I think the complication introduced by NAT in SDP is the packet size exceeding MTU.

I think the correct answer is C. The IP address in the SDP connection data field would be an unrouteable internal address if the client is behind a NAT.

Yes, having an unrouteable internal address in the connection data field can definitely cause issues with NAT in SIP calls.

I agree, option C seems to be the most likely complication with NAT in SDP for a SIP call.
