Hmm, this is a tricky one. But I think B) is the right answer. Unless, of course, the network designer is a secret agent trying to confuse us all. In that case, it's definitely C).
I'm going to have to go with B) on this one. If the network designer needs to make the addresses unique within their ASN, the GLOP range is definitely the way to go.
The answer is clearly B) 224.0.0.0 to 224.0.0.255. GLOP IP addresses are used for multicast within an Autonomous System, and this is the correct range for that purpose.
