I think the client connecting to the secondary radio instead of the primary radio could also be a reason for the poor performance. They might not be getting the full capabilities of the AP.

That's a good point, Zana. Poor AP placement can definitely lead to poor wireless performance. The client might not be getting a strong signal.

I believe the poor AP placement with 18 percent non-802.11 traffic could also be a factor. The interference could be causing the performance issues.

I agree with Meaghan. High channel utilization can definitely impact performance. Maybe they need to adjust their channel settings.

I think the end user is complaining about poor wireless performance because of the high channel utilization at 84 percent on Channel 48.

Haha, can you imagine the user's face when they find out their wireless woes are because they're using the 'B' team radio on the AP? That's gotta sting a little.

Ooh, good catch on the client being connected to the secondary radio instead of the primary! That could definitely contribute to poor performance, especially if the primary radio is optimized for better coverage and throughput.

I'm not sure about the non-802.11 traffic being a sign of poor AP placement. That could just mean there are other wireless devices in the area, which the AP has no control over. The channel width of 20 MHz seems more likely to be the issue here.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. The channel utilization being at 84% could definitely be the culprit, indicating the wireless network is quite congested. But the non-802.11 traffic of 18% also seems like it could be causing interference issues.
