You both make good points. Personally, I'm more interested in option C - the ability to offer better support to users within the organization. That could really improve the training experience.
I'm not sure about that. I think option A could be really useful too. Being able to charge for training sessions through an integrated ecommerce solution could be a game-changer for some organizations.
Hmm, this seems like a pretty straightforward question. I'm leaning towards option D - the ability to record sessions for later playback. That seems like a really valuable feature for training sessions.
