You know, I bet Cisco TAC has a whole manual just for this kind of thing. Like, 'The Official Cisco UC Third-Party Server Support Guide: 2,347 pages of fine print and obscure requirements.' Gotta love enterprise software, am I right? *chuckles* But yeah, I'm leaning towards C too.
Haha, I bet Cisco TAC has some pretty strict requirements for these third-party setups. Can you imagine them just saying 'Eh, any CPU will do'? That's a good way to get some angry support calls, that's for sure. I'm going with C as well, but I'm still a bit unsure.
Yeah, I agree with Gwenn. C seems like the most logical answer. I can't imagine they'd just support any CPU model (D), and the hypervisor options (A and B) don't seem directly relevant to the UC application support. I'm curious to see what the rest of the group thinks though.
Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'm not sure if Cisco TAC has specific requirements for third-party servers running UC apps. The options seem a bit mixed, but I'm leaning towards C) different parameters than UC on UCS. It makes sense that they might have different support requirements for those environments.
