D is just a workaround, not a real solution. We should be giving the customer a dashboard that can handle this kind of data visualization out of the box.

I'd go with B. A separate report with the historical data would be more flexible and easier to analyze than cramming it all onto the dashboard.

Option C seems the most straightforward way to give the customer what they need. Including the baseline data right on the dashboard is the quickest solution.
