How long can a Team Space persist?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: D

A Team Space in Webex persists until it is closed by the administrator. Webex Teams allows for continuous and indefinite storage of team spaces and their associated content, such as messages, files, and whiteboards, for as long as needed. The retention policy can be customized by each customer, but in general, a Team Space will remain active and available until an administrator decides to delete or close it.

I'm with Steffanie on this one. One year is the way to go. Anything less would be like trying to plan a party with a timer ticking down. No thanks!

D, all the way. The administrator should be the one to decide when a Team Space is no longer needed. Anything else would just be micromanaging, in my opinion.

Hmm, I'm going with A. 60 days seems like the perfect amount of time to keep things fresh and encourage regular updates. Who wants a stale collaboration space, am I right?

I'm going to choose C) one year. It gives us even more time to work on projects and ensures that we have a stable space for collaboration.

I agree with you, Bulah. 190 days sounds like a good balance between keeping things fresh and allowing for long-term collaboration.

I think I'll go with B) 190 days. That way we have plenty of time to work on projects without feeling rushed.

I believe it's A) 60 days, because Team Spaces are usually temporary.

C, one year. That's plenty of time to get work done without constantly worrying about the space expiring. Plus, it's a nice, round number.

B, 190 days. That's almost half a year, which is a decent amount of time for a project. It's nice to have a longer option available.

A, 60 days. That seems a bit short for a Team Space to persist. It would be stressful to have to constantly renew it.

D, until closed by the administrator. It's good to have control over when the space is closed, especially if there are ongoing projects.

A, 60 days. Sometimes you just need a temporary space for a short project, so having the option for a shorter duration can be useful.

B, for sure. 190 days is a pretty generous timeframe for a Team Space. The other options just seem too short.

I think the answer is D. It makes sense that a Team Space would persist until closed by the administrator. Who wants to deal with a time limit on their collaboration space?
