Haha, yeah, E is definitely a red herring. Managed Deployments are supposed to make things easier, not more expensive! Although I guess if you don't do it right, it could end up costing you more.
Good point. Alright, let's go with A, B, and C. Consistent deployment, high availability, and scalability - that seems like the winning combination for Managed Deployments.
