I believe the Citrix Web App Firewall blocking the alerts could also be a possibility. It might be interfering with the SNMP communication.

That's a valid point. Another reason could be that the Citrix ADC is only using standard licensing, which may limit its SNMP capabilities.

You know, I had a similar issue a while back. Turned out the community name was the problem. Make sure that's set up properly on both the ADC and the manager side. Otherwise, the traps just won't go through.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. The SNMP version is the first thing I'd check. I bet it's set to version 1, which can be a bit finicky. Might be worth upgrading to version 2 or 3 if that's the case.
