C is just plain weird. Routing the default route on Citrix ADM to the subnet with the NSIPs? I don't even know what that means, but it's definitely not the solution.

I think the engineer should also check if the default route on Citrix ADM is pointed to the subnet with the NSIPs of the Citrix ADC appliances.
