I think the answer is SIFS, since CTS and Data frames are both part of the MAC layer protocol, and SIFS is the shortest interframe space used for the MAC layer.
Haha, DIFS? Really? That's for longer inter-frame spaces, not for something like a CTS-Data exchange. Come on, people, let's not pretend we don't know our WiFi 101.
