I think the faulty antenna on the AP could also be a possible cause.

I agree, the lack of PoE could be causing the issue with the frames not being transmitted correctly.

Yeah, that AP definitely needs more power. QoS features are probably not kicking in.

Yeah, it's possible that the QoS markings aren't being trusted somewhere on the wired network.
