But what about option D) about updating the recorder settings? Maybe that could also be a reason.

Ha! Updating the recorder settings to capture every 10,000ms? That's gotta be the most ridiculous option. Can't imagine that would fix anything.

I agree with Mable. If it's a PSM for SSH session, that would explain why we can't fast forward.

Hmm, I'm not sure the browser version is the issue. The video still plays, just with limited functionality. My money's on the 'View Audit' permission being the problem.

The lack of a 'Fast Forward' option and the inability to download the video definitely points to it being a PSM session recording. That's the only logical explanation here.
