Actually, hybrid and all-flash nodes are permitted in a VxRail G Series, as long as they are in different chassis.

I believe in a full G Series chassis, all nodes must have 10GbE ports to ensure compatibility.

No, that's not true. G560 and G410 nodes are actually permitted in the same chassis.
