That makes sense, but I still think it's an initiator issue. That's a common problem.

I don't think it's D. FE ports wouldn't cause this specific error. What about option C? Maybe one RPA is missing.

Interesting. I was leaning towards the RPAs not being zoned to the VPLEX FE ports. Option D.
