Can a DSCI Certified Lead Assessor for Privacy, not currently an employee of a DSCI Accredited Organization, conduct external assessment leading to DSCI Privacy certification?
I'm going with B on this one. It just makes sense that the assessor should be from an accredited organization to maintain the integrity of the certification process.
This is a tricky one. I can see the logic behind both answers. But hey, at least we know the assessor will be unbiased if they're not from the org, right? *winks*
Hmm, I'm not so sure about that. Doesn't the DSCI have some requirements about the assessor being from an accredited organization? I'd better double-check the guidelines.
Of course! A lead assessor is a lead assessor, regardless of their employment status. As long as they have the DSCI certification, they should be able to conduct the assessment.
