I'm going with B on this one. It just makes sense that the assessor should be from an accredited organization to maintain the integrity of the certification process.

Because the question specifies that the Lead Assessor must be an employee of a DSCI Accredited Organization.

Of course! A lead assessor is a lead assessor, regardless of their employment status. As long as they have the DSCI certification, they should be able to conduct the assessment.
