I agree with A on the subnet mask, but I think D is the better answer here. Classless protocols are all about flexible addressing, not the old classful constraints.
D and B for sure. Classless routing protocols are all about extending IP addressing and supporting VLSM. IGRP is a classic classful protocol, so that's not correct.
