ITIL? Really? I don't think that has anything to do with data privacy. That's more about IT service management, isn't it? I'm going with the Privacy Act on this one.
You know, I was thinking Sarbanes Oxley, since that's all about financial data and reporting. But then again, that's probably not the best fit for this scenario. Tricky!
Personally, I'd go with the Privacy Act. That's the regulation that's all about protecting personally identifiable information, right? Seems like a perfect fit for this question.
Hmm, I was leaning towards PCI-DSS, since that covers data security standards. But the Privacy Act does seem like it could apply in this case. Tough call!
Ah, this is a tricky one! The privacy of user data is such a sensitive issue in cyber investigations. I think the Privacy Act might be the best bet here, but I'm not totally sure.
