I think the Scrum Master should decide to add them to the team's continuous improvement backlog for now.

These ideas sound like they're straight out of the 'How to Ruin Your Agile Transformation' playbook. The Scrum Master should just shred them and move on. *chuckles*

Ignore them? Are you kidding me? These sound like enterprise-level issues that could really impact the team's work. The Scrum Master needs to bring them up the chain, for sure.

I think the Scrum Master should just add them to the team's continuous improvement backlog. That way, they can address them when they're ready, without getting bogged down in the current sprint.

Hmm, I'm not sure. Shouldn't the team members themselves decide what to do with those suggestions? They might have some good insights on how to handle them.

The Scrum Master should definitely add these ideas to the organization's continuous improvement backlog. They're too important to ignore just because they don't fit the team's current process.
