I think it could be a combination of A) and D). Clients sending requests to a failed load balancer and SSL offloading not configured could both contribute to the login problem.

Definitely B. No mirroring means the load balancers aren't properly synced, so a failover would disrupt the session.

I think the correct answer is B. If the load balancer mirroring configuration was not set up, the failover would force clients to log in again.
