I don't think so. The client connection is made to port 443, which is typically used for HTTPS, so VS_HTTPS_WILDCARD seems more appropriate.

I think the correct wildcard virtual server for the client connection to 172.24.31.14:443 is VS_HTTPS_WILDCARD.
