I'd be careful with that SNAT business. Wouldn't want to end up with a bunch of confused servers. Maybe it's time to call in the LTM expert team for this one.

I'd go with options C and D. Changing the server's default gateway to point at the LTM's internal IP or floating IP should fix the connectivity issue.
