I'm curious about the 'no executable file types' part. Does that mean the high aggressiveness settings can't even scan those types of files? That seems like a pretty significant limitation.
I'm not too worried about the disk space requirement. Disks are pretty cheap these days, so that doesn't seem like a major issue. But the other two points are definitely valid concerns. We need to find the right balance between security and performance.
Haha, yeah, that's a bit concerning. Imagine trying to explain to the boss why your antivirus can't even check the company's own executable files. 'Sorry, our security is too good for that!'
Hmm, this is an interesting question. I think the key disadvantages are the increased resource usage and the risk of more false positives. We don't want the system to be bogged down, and we definitely don't want to be drowning in false alerts.
