I'm not sure about statement C, but I think statement D is false because not all devices may support 802.1X authentication.

I think A and B are the right answers. Why do we even need authentication on a switch port anyway? It's not like anyone's going to hack into my toaster.

B and D seem correct. Who needs a security policy when you can just force everyone to use 802.1X? Talk about overkill.
