B and D, easy. Neighbor-group is all about simplifying OSPF and BGP configs. As for the GUI, I think the vendor is just trying to show off their fancy interface. Gotta love these exam questions!

I'm not sure about statement C, but I believe statement D is true because I have used neighbor-group command in both IBGP and EBGP configurations.
