I'm pretty sure the answer is Persistent Cache. That's the feature that's specifically designed to boost performance, unlike the other options which are more focused on specific aspects.
I'm not too familiar with HPE 3Par, but from what I've read, Persistent Cache seems like the best option here. It's designed to improve performance by caching frequently accessed data.
This is a tricky question, but I think the answer is B) Persistent Cache. That feature helps improve performance by reducing latency and increasing IOPS.
