Hmm, I'd say B and D. Scheduled tunesys tasks and Adaptive Optimization should do the trick. Who needs SSD when you've got 'Adaptive' everything?

I think C and D are the way to go. Rebalancing the flash drives and configuring Adaptive Optimization should optimize the array nicely.
