I don't think it's RMC, because it's more focused on managing multiple racks rather than a single server system.

I'm not so sure, I think it might be C) all nPARs created within the complex. That would make more sense to me.

I agree with Kenneth. Adding the Baseboard Management Controller to HPE OneView would allow managing the HPE Superdome Flex.
